How we got our start

It all started with my Martha Stewart. Every now and then i'll turn her show on and see what she is crafting up. Now, I'm no Martha, but I like to think I do pretty well with my attempts. This particular episode, in August, she was making a peppermint topiary tree. It was cute and looked like something I could conquer. Given that it wasn't even fall I kind of forgot about it.

Then October rolled around. Every year we have a huge halloween party for our friends and neighbors. I am always looking for great decorations. Then I remembered those candy topiaries... Ah Ha!

I made my first candy pumpkin. I went to Target and bought all their orange candy glued it together and stuck it on my hearth. I got so many comments they became staple for my party. Everyone loves finding their favorite candy and pulling it off, and i love that it is not just another bag of candy sitting out. Plus Each one has 3-5lbs, so there is no shortage of treats.

If i can make a pumpkin, i can make anything... Now I make different items for each holiday. I only sell a few of my christmas items for now but I'm sure we will grow and soon offer arrangements for every holiday.
